What you’ll have to do:

  • Takes ownership of and resolves tickets received via the support address;
  • Responds to each ticket assigned to them;
  • Ensures that the request is resolved, providing correct and complete answers for each task;
  • Escalates tickets to IT Support Level 2 for those that exceed access or knowledge level, and follows up on the resolution of the request;
  • Responsible for fixed assets (laptops, monitors) and ensuring data accuracy in the inventory tool;
  • Actively participates in team projects (e.g., equipment disposal, showroom openings, etc.);
  • Provides training to team members (e.g., how to grant Qlik rights);
  • Provides training to colleagues in other departments (e.g., how to use System Center, how to access OWA, how to archive emails);
  • Addresses the TL or manager when encountering issues in task resolution;
  • Completes the minimum required time logged in JIRA (8 hours/day);
  • Participates in the On-Call 24x7 program.


How we’d like you to be:

  • Have 2+ years experience as a IT Support Specialist or similar positions;
  • Proficiency in using Confluence for documentation and knowledge management;
  • Experience with Jira for issue tracking and project management;
  • Solid understanding of Office365 applications;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience);


Nice to have:

  • English communication skills (spoken and written);
  • Familiarity with macOS for troubleshooting and supporting Apple devices;
  • Ability to identify and resolve software issues using debugging techniques;
  • Knowledge of MDM (Mobile Device Management) for configuring and managing mobile devices;
  • Basic knowledge of Windows system administration, including user permissions and system configurations.
