Senior DevOps

We are looking for an experienced professional to strengthen for IT Applications, Network Systems Transformations project. Senior DevOps specialist will build high-availability CI/CD solutions, automate test environment preparation, and develop and maintains tools that support development teams and deployment processes in a complex multi-system environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS OF PERSONNEL DELIVERING THE SERVICES:

• Proficiency in deploying applications on the Kubernetes platform
• Real and practical knowledge of the Ansible tool
• Ability to create GitLab pipelines and expand environments and applications using IaC and CI/CD models
• Understanding of IT infrastructure from an application perspective
• Knowledge of containerization, secure network communication principles, and secure solution architecture
• Process automation skills and familiarity with networking issues and cybersecurity standards
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug technical problems in complex environments
• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
• Familiarity with infrastructure/application automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Helm, or similar)
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence
• English language proficiency at a communicative level

ADDITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND SKILLS:

• A strong drive for automation
• Ability to perform end-to-end (E2E) tasks

Nice to have:

• Defining CI/CD standards and code flow for multiple teams
• Experience with Public Cloud (GCP) or other public cloud services
• Knowledge of Keycloak
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault
• PostgreSQL expertise
• Programming skills in Python/Java
• Familiarity with tools enforcing software quality for development teams
