You will work closely with the Art, Product, and Data teams, playing an active role in delivering exceptional experiences for mobile players.

What You Will Do

• Take responsibility for overseeing the entire game development process, ensuring smooth execution from concept to launch
• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to improve their skills and enhance the team's overall technical expertise
• Maintain coding standards and best practices, optimize performance, and ensure that games are robust and scalable
• Developing, building, contributing prototypes for gameplay ideas and innovative features
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in game development with at least 1 year in a leadership role, preferably in the casual puzzle games
• Deep knowledge of the Unity 3D game engine
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining event-driven architecture for scalable, responsive, and efficient game systems
• Expertise in game programming patterns, software architecture design, SOLID principles and CPU/GPU optimization
• Proven success in shipping multiple games with a strong track record
• Ability to lead, be result-oriented, transparent, ambitious and inspire a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Deep enthusiasm for delivering world-class results in the gaming industry
• Open communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• A strong passion for games, with a keen understanding of game mechanics and player engagement
