Senior Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our energetic team and contribute to managing high-profile projects. You will collaborate closely with the Business Management team, Senior Management, and professionals in Business, Software Engineering, and User Experience based in multiple locations.

This role offers a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the client's office in Krakow.

Responsibilities

• Support software delivery teams by maintaining compliance processes
• Collect and maintain relevant information across various configuration management systems
• Analyze and improve existing processes and tools
• Ensure compliance across teams with client’s workforce-planning policies and general procedures
• Manage processes related to hiring and onboarding activities
• Closely cooperate with central teams
• Deliver regular project reports in an accurate and timely manner
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as necessary
• Foster collaboration and information exchange between teams by hosting and joining community events
• Work collaboratively with the whole business management and wider teams
• Be part of a high-performing global team on high-profile projects
  
  
  

Requirements

• Interest in modern software technology and platforms
• Experience in a similar role within a project/program management team
• Firm knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups), Jira
• Experience with process improvements
• Experience in building measures that help make conscious data-driven decisions
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Methodical planning and organization skills
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
