• Communication Proficiency: Outstanding oral and written communication abilities, adept at converting intricate technical information into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in Healthcare Data Management: Familiarity with healthcare data classifications, governance policies, and compliance measures (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).

Position Overview

The Project Manager for Healthcare Data Management will oversee the execution of data management initiatives within the healthcare field, ensuring projects are completed successfully. This position demands an accomplished project manager capable of managing intricate projects that involve various stakeholders, resources, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The successful candidate will drive all projects to fruition while ensuring they adhere to projected timelines, financial constraints, scope, and quality benchmarks.

Educational Background

• Degrees:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, IT, Data Science, Business Administration, or a relevant area is essential.
• Master’s degree in a related field is an advantage.
• Certifications:
• PMP, PRINCE2, or another recognized project management certification is essential.
  
  

Experience Requirements

• Minimum Experience:
• At least 8 years of total project management experience, including a minimum of 5 years handling data-centric or tech-centric projects in healthcare, public, or regulatory sectors.
• Experience in Healthcare and Regulation:
• Experience in healthcare, public sector, or regulatory assignments is strongly preferred.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Demonstrated success in collaborating with varied stakeholder groups and leading cross-functional teams to achieve complex project goals on time and within budget.
