Project Manager

Mandatory Requirement

• Project Management Expertise: Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and experience using tools like MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, managing conflict, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential problems and proactively implement solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Healthcare Data Management: Knowledge of healthcare data types, data governance, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
• Budget & Resource Management: Strong experience in managing project budgets, resource allocation, and financial tracking.
  
  

Job Summary

The Healthcare Data Management Project Manager will lead and manage data management projects within the healthcare sector, ensuring the successful delivery of data-related or technology-driven initiatives. The role requires a highly skilled project manager who can effectively oversee complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, manage resources, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving projects to completion while maintaining adherence to timelines, budget, scope, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Certifications:
• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification is mandatory.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum Experience:
• At least 8 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in managing data-related or technology-driven projects in the healthcare, public sector, or regulatory domains.
• Healthcare and Regulatory Experience:
• Experience working on healthcare, public sector, or regulatory projects is highly desirable.
• Multi-Stakeholder Management:
• Proven experience working with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
