Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Fullstack Developer to join our Personalization Team, which spans various domains and verticals, including Digital and Marketing. The role requires a developer who is equally skilled in frontend and backend development, with a strong focus on hands-on coding. The ideal candidate will work on cutting-edge technologies and play a pivotal role in enhancing user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Personalization Team to develop and implement solutions that enhance user experiences.

Engage in front-end development (40%) using React to create dynamic and user-friendly interfaces.

Handle backend development (60%) by working with microservices and Spring Boot, with an emphasis on Azure and cloud technologies.

Utilize databases, including NoSQL and relational database management systems (RDBMS), and work with tools like Databricks for data processing.

Implement event processing using technologies like Kafka to support real-time data flow and analysis.

Leverage CMS experience, specifically with Contentful, to manage content effectively.

Prioritize and improve user experiences in the Retail/ECommerce domain.

Ensure that all development work is hands-on, with an emphasis on coding and problem-solving.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on both frontend and backend development.

Proficiency in React for frontend development.

Solid backend development skills with microservices and Spring Boot, with experience in cloud environments (Azure preferred).

Experience with databases, both NoSQL and RDBMS, and tools like Databricks for data processing.

Knowledge of event processing, particularly Kafka.

CMS experience, especially with Contentful.

Retail/ECommerce experience is a significant advantage.

Must be able to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
