Responsibilities:
- To adhere to the Department budget & ensure optimal utilization of all available resources.
- To use financial resources effectively to minimize waste resulting from unnecessary expenses.
- To monitor projects of foreign offices & partner National Societies & ensure compliance
- with terms & conditions.
- To deliver projects according to relevant agreements.
- To coordinate with other HQ units/departments to facilitate all support operations for project implementation/management.
- To submit reports supporting projects towards QRCS strategic objectives & humanitarian vision.
- To undertake any other tasks assigned by the department director within scope of job competence.
- To implement applicable department policies, procedures & systems & complete work as per
- adopted systems.
- To share ideas & suggestions to improve/streamline processes, thus helping improve overall department performance.
- To seek guidance, feedback & hands-on coaching to improve performance & incorporate recommendations into business.
- To be responsible for self-development & seize opportunities to demonstrate & develop

- To use available resources & tools to expand skills/competence & increase productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in project management, economics, social sciences, engineering, medicine, or any relevant field.
- Professional certification or training courses, such as Project Management for Development Professionals (PMD).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of practical experience in project management or disaster management.Good command of basic languages (Arabic and English) & ability to draft reports in both languages, preferably with French as a third language.Good command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint, preferably with good command of project management software.Excellent understanding of leading project management practices & programplanning/coordination skillsExperience in drafting project proposals & technical reportsFamiliarity with international humanitarian aid standards (e.g. Sphere Project, CHS, etc.)Ability to work under pressure & manage teams in challenging environmentsStrong communication & negotiation skills, with ability to build relationships with partners & stakeholders.
