AI/ML Engineer

Role Summary

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will design, train, and deploy ML models to tackle challenges in robotics and industrial automation. This role requires expertise in computer vision, reinforcement learning, SLAM, and sensor fusion, focusing on real-time AI deployment for edge devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ML models for object detection, path planning, SLAM, and sensor fusion using TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Optimize AI models for edge deployment (NVIDIA Jetson, ARM Cortex, STM32) using quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation.
• Process and engineer large-scale IoT sensor data for improved model performance.
• Integrate AI models with Robot Operating System (ROS) for seamless robotic communication and real-time execution.
• Stay updated on generative AI, graph neural networks, and multi-agent learning while developing innovative AI solutions.
• Document model architectures and training methodologies, and ensure compliance with industry safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of AI/ML experience in robotics, industrial automation, or autonomous systems.
• Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn with strong deep learning and reinforcement learning knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python and C++ for robotics applications, along with experience in Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
• Experience deploying AI models on embedded hardware and optimizing them using TensorRT, OpenVINO, and ONNX.
• Familiarity with SLAM, robotics control systems, and IoT sensor data.
