Position Overview
Key Responsibilities -
- Conduct in-depth analysis of projects concerning: Timeline, Budget, Forecasting, resource allocation, and produce comprehensive functional scope documents.
- Formulate and oversee sprints for agile/scrum initiatives.
- Develop Wireframes, Flow Diagrams, and user narratives.
- Ensure project completion adheres to stipulated timelines.
- Lead project teams across various projects.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients.
- Track actual expenses/hours in comparison to the budget, analyze earned value, and monitor project risks and resources.
- Draft contracts, change control documentation, and invoices.
- Generate weekly/monthly progress updates and dashboards.
- Organize project data systematically and promote the use of standard templates across similar projects.
- Actively seek to enhance processes via automation and digital delivery methodologies.
Required Skills -
- In-depth understanding of project management theories, methodologies, practices, and techniques.
- Experience with Critical Path Analysis, Earned Value Techniques, and foundational project management skills. Proficient at analyzing and interpreting complex financial data with critical thinking.
- Strong commercial insight and exceptional communication abilities.
- Practical experience using advanced Excel, Power Query, and PowerBI tools for developing reporting tools and dashboards for varied stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Primavera Risk Analysis tool and Quantitative Schedule/Cost Risk Analysis (QSRA/QCRA) (Preferred)
