The Role


This role is ideal for a versatile and innovative Business Analyst/Project Manager who is eager to learn, passionate about technology, and thrives on collaboration with both customers and colleagues.


You will have some experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager working on software development projects.


As part of our Projects team, you will play a key role in working with clients and our in-house development team to design and document functional changes for enterprise software systems. In addition, you will take on project management and account management responsibilities, leading project calls and overseeing initiatives using methodologies such as Waterfall, Kanban, and Scrum.


We are looking for a proactive self-starter who enjoys both independent work and team collaboration. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your workload and drive your own professional development. About you

As a Business Analyst you will demonstrate the following qualities:


  • At least 2 years’ experience managing projects using Waterfall, Kanban, or Scrum, and a general understanding of project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services, software development projects.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proven experience working with external customers (or internal stakeholders) to establish and document business requirements for functional software solutions
  • A general understanding of the areas of application programming, database, and system design
  • Experience with As-Is, To-Be, gathering requirements, producing documentation.
  • A hands-on approach and the ability to work off your own initiative, with a completion mentality
  • The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, promoting positive change and continuous improvement
