We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a strong passion for people management. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that enhance our organizational culture and employee experience.

- Maintain and update employee files with proper documentation and ensure secure storage of employee records
- Create and manage HR-related documents such as letters, certificates, addendums, and agreements
- Oversee the management of employee leaves
- Ensure adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment
- Provide advice on best practices related to internal policies, labor relations, and people-related procedures
- Coordinate and organize the audit process for employee documentation
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Administrative roles with a focus on employee documentation management
- Proven ability to maintain and update confidential employee files in compliance with required standards
- Familiarity with Human Resource procedures throughout the employee lifecycle
- Understanding of local labor regulations and a focus on compliance with laws
- Experience in managing HR documentation including salary letters, addendum agreements, and end-of-contract notifications
- Ability to support HR-related events and meetings with strong interpersonal skills including empathy, public speaking, and effective communication
- Proficiency in English at least at B1 level for written communication and documentation management
- Ability to provide counsel on best practices regarding internal HR policies and labor relations
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
