Project Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator for an important project.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day to day account management, billing, invoice, and other type of support services as needed to ensure customers/partners a high level of satisfaction
Document and Analyze gaps in the customer/partner experience and coordinate with the learning technology platform team to address such gaps.
Create value for Customers/Partners by partnering to define success and building a joint plan, be the problem solver and see through the resolution end to end
Collaborate closely with other teams to drive success, in particular the learning technology team.
Monitor content consumption and feature adoption, and report to Management on a regular basis.
Able to travel for business review meetings and GTM activities (15%)
You should be proficient in Spanish and English.

Necessary Skills And Experience Required

Excellent collaboration, detail-oriented, project management, problem solving, conflict resolution and communication skills
Experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or similar client facing role
Understanding of the Training/Learning/Certification space. Comfort using data to track progress and gather insights.
Able to translate business requirements into data or technological solutions.
Excellent ability to work and thrive in a cross functional team environment
Ability to work with minimal daily supervision and effectively manage time
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
