👥 Your role in the team

• Design and maintain large-scale, high-performance backend systems with Laravel
• Develop custom plugins for Laravel Nova
• Work on our CMSs build with Statamic
• Manage our AWS (EC2, S3, Aurora/RDS, CloudFront, ..) and Hetzner infrastructure
• Create RESTful APIs that power our front-end and third-party integrations
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using industry best practices
• Actively contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Develop and refine existing services to improve scalability and efficiency
• Work autonomously and prioritize tasks efficiently

🌟 Our expectations of you

Qualifications

• Ideally, you have:
• 5+ years of backend development experience in PHP
• 3+ years working with Laravel to build enterprise-level applications
• Proficiency with Tailwindcss
• Experience in setting up API’s and communications with frontend developers and designers
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and experience optimizing complex queries through use of eloquent ORM
• Background in queue management systems (Redis/Horizon)
• Proficiency in OOP and design patterns
• Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS Aurora, CloudFront)
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD systems
• Experience working on complex and large codebases
• Experience with testing platforms like Pest
• Experience with Statamic
• Proficiency with GIT
• Fluent in spoken and written English
