Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans and create detailed test cases based on the project’s requirements.
• Test Execution: Lead and execute test cases to verify the accuracy of data migration, ensuring the correct representation of data from the source system to the target system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the offshore Test Coordinator and business testers to ensure the efficient execution of tests and quick resolution of any issues.
• Documentation: Accurately document test results and report issues to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Support Business Testers: Assist business testers in validating the migration and help them perform their tasks smoothly.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Data Migration Experience: Proven experience in handling data migration projects, ensuring seamless data transfer between systems.
• Jira Test Case Management: Proficiency in creating and managing test cases within Jira.
• Insurance & Investment Sector Knowledge: Experience in the life insurance or investment sector, with a good understanding of business processes in these areas.
• Test Planning & Execution: Experience in creating test plans, executing test cases, and validating data migration accuracy.
