Position Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Bornem, Belgium

Duration: 12 Months

Languages: Dutch and English

Work mode: Hybrid (3 days remote)

Job Description:

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for:

• Delivering the project output (project deliverables) within the scope, time and cost agreed in the project sheet ensuring the progress of the project by managing the project team

• Coordinating the project work

• Enforcing decisions monitoring and managing the scope, planning and cost of the project managing and escalating changes compared to agreed scope, time and cost managing the expectations of the project's stakeholders by mapping and keeping an overview of this stakeholder up-to-date

• Follow-up and management of project-related communications

• As a Project Manager, you will deliver at least the following output

• A high-quality, up-to-date and validated project sheet in our standard format and archived on our internal Archive

• A project management plan a list of the project deliverables in a WBS a qualitative and up-to-date project planning, with mapped dependencies and milestones a project status report in our standard format and archived according to the program's guidelines

• A short-, medium- and long-term resource demand, in our standard Excel

Skill set:

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager

• Knowledge of Waterfall Project

• Management Methodology

• Strong goal and result oriented, strong in delivery

• Making, organizing, coordinating and following up on agreements able to settle in quickly experience in IT projects in which own software is developed and in package implementations able to bridge the gap between business and IT

• Strong, open and targeted communication Experience with projects with an impact on processes Experience with organizational change able to mobilize energy and enthuse people Independent and at the same time team player with strong empathy pragmatic

Pluses

• Commercial feeling experience in retail, logistics and/or supply chain

• Jack-of-all-trades who is able to manage several flows at the same time
