Full Stack Developer – Helsinki or Tampere (Hybrid)

Salary: €4,000 - €5,500, plus stock options

Our client is a rapidly growing startup redefining cloud development with a simple, scalable, and powerful PaaS solution. With recent funding and an ambitious roadmap, they are looking for their first software hire to shape the future of their platform.

About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work across both frontend and backend to enhance their solution, focusing on developer experience, scalability, performance, reliability, and security.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and optimize full-stack solutions using TypeScript, React, Node, Bun, and Vite
• Work with PostgreSQL and AWS to build scalable applications
• Contribute to DevOps workflows, with Kubernetes or Terraform being a plus
• Collaborate in a small, highly technical team to solve challenging problems
• Drive innovation in developer tooling and cloud deployment

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS
• Knowledge of database management with PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with DevOps practices (Kubernetes or Terraform is a plus)
• Fluent in English and Finnish
