Senior Product Manager

Role Overview:

A leading renewable energy company is seeking a Program Manager for Security & Resilience to ensure the scalability, availability, and security of its digital products across cloud and IoT platforms. This role involves working cross-functionally to enhance security, business continuity, and resilience for advanced smart energy systems and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead programs to secure and optimize IoT-enabled energy systems, integrating renewable energy solutions, smart meters, and energy management technologies.
• Ensure the reliability and security of cloud-based platforms connecting smart devices, maintaining performance in a scaling infrastructure.
• Develop and implement robust business continuity and resilience practices for renewable energy ecosystems, heating solutions, and EV charging technologies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address vulnerabilities, improve system availability, and integrate advanced energy management solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align objectives, streamline project execution, and foster a problem-solving culture.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience: 7+ years in program management or digital product management within technology-driven sectors, with demonstrated success managing complex, multi-team projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IoT systems, cloud platforms, and renewable energy technologies, including security and resilience practices.
• Communication Skills: Proven ability to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences, ensuring alignment across organizational levels.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
• Organizational Agility: Capacity to navigate and coordinate within complex, matrixed organizations with diverse teams and stakeholders.
