Your Role

• Drive implementation of Portfolio Management initiatives across Henkel Adhesive Technologies
• Take ownership for end-to-end responsibilities to identify business problems, analyze root causes and interdependencies, develop solutions and implement them
• Collaborate with different stakeholders on scouting the key business problems, shaping them into actionable projects ensuring necessary change management
• Support transitioning of the Henkel Adhesive Technology organization to data-driven decision-making via developing the Adhesives Data & Analytics platform
• Participate, drive definition and execute the Product & Technology Management strategic change agenda in collaboration with Adhesive Technologies and corporate functions and enable the key use cases (e.g. value-based pricing, value selling etc.)
  
  

YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum 8 years experience in Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, Application Engineering or related area with proven track record of self-driven transformational achievements and completed projects, leadership experience is a plus
• Analytical skills including understanding of relevant technologies, brands, applications, product profitability and good knowledge of financial models
• Familiar in technical IT literacy incl. SAP knowledge, PowerBI and other data analytics and visualization applications
• Strong presentation, communication and influencing skills to various audiences and key business stakeholders in both virtual and real settings
• Self-driven individual with open minded and performance oriented attitude with customer centricity mindset
• Fluent English language skills
