Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. The successful candidate will support the Senior HR Manager with a variety of administrative and operational HR tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes across the organization.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include the following:
- HR Support: Assist the Senior HR Manager with daily HR operations.
- Global Liaison: Coordinate with international HR advisors.
- Data Management: Maintain HR IT systems, track time, absences, and career data.
- Statistics & Compliance: Handle HR statistics, data storage, and ensure legal compliance.
- Documentation: Prepare employment contracts and manage personnel files.
- Point of Contact: Interface with health insurance, labor offices, immigration authorities, and tax advisors.
- Employee Relations: Address personnel queries and manage employee relations in line with local laws.
- Recruitment: Oversee job postings, recruitment processes, and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Onboarding: Organize onboarding and induction training for new hires.
- Organizational Maintenance: Update employee lists and organizational charts.
- Project Support: Assist with internal and global HR projects
Requirements
Essential skills include:
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Very good MS office experience, especially xls, ppt
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in HR IT tools and data management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
