Are you passionate about Agile methodologies and experienced in software development? We are looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach (m/f/d) to support our development teams in Karlsruhe. In this role, you will foster an Agile mindset, facilitate collaboration, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor software development teams in Agile principles and Scrum/Kanban frameworks.
• Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
• Drive Agile transformation initiatives and promote best practices across teams.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Background in software development (e.g., as a developer, tester, or architect) is a plus.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in German (spoken & written), good English skills are a plus.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) or equivalent is a plus.
