We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic IT Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex IT projects within our rapidly growing technology practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical acumen, project management expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

Your next challenge

Project Management: Lead end-to-end IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget and quality.

Stakeholder Communication: Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Technical Expertise: Leverage technical knowledge to oversee all aspects of system integration, implementation, and optimization.

Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans.

Process Improvement: Assess and enhance project management processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation following our project management framework

Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure successful project execution.

Your Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are considered an asset.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in IT, with a focus on technical project delivery.

Technical Skills: Proficient understanding of secure system development life cycles (SSDLC), IT architectures, and infrastructure (system and network).

Methodologies: Expertise in agile, waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
