.NET Development Team Lead

We are looking for a Software Development Team Lead to create scalable software solutions. This role involves full participation in the software development life cycle and requires strong technical decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor developers
• Collaborate on project goals and delivery
• Champion modern development practices (TDD, DDD, SOLID, CI/CD)
• Research scalable technical solutions
• Ensure high-quality documentation
• Track and improve key metrics

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in software development
• Experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, REST APIs, Entity Framework, SQL
• Proficient in development tools and practices
• Proven leadership in team management
• Experience with Azure or AWS
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
