Job Specification

We are seeking a talented Digital Designer to help craft beautiful, unique, and engaging design executions across all our client's brand channels. We are looking for someone who is ideas-led and can apply intelligent, creative thinking across a range of different mediums. You will collaborate closely with the copywriter, creative director, digital team, and producer to immerse yourself in diverse design projects. Your thorough knowledge of digital design and social-first content will help bring exciting projects to life.

Responsibilities:

• Work across multiple brands to develop creative design solutions.
• Design marketing and communications materials for various projects.
• Create brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design assets.
• Develop layouts and typographic projects.
• Create toolkits for design implementation.
• Manipulate images to align with creative concepts.
• Collaborate with the wider team to develop and execute design ideas.
• Generate concepts, mockups, and localized adaptations of designs.

• A strong collaborator with the ability to explain design thinking and concepts.
• Excellent eye for visual accuracy and attention to detail.
• Innovative in the use of media and creative expression.
• Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.
• Strong abilities in typography, layout, and image manipulation.
• Self-motivated and proactive in approach to design challenges.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an in-house studio or agency creative environment.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of After Effects is a bonus.
• Strong design, layout, and typography skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
