Creative YouTube graphic designer with exceptional skills in crafting visually striking designs and engaging graphics. Your ability to communicate ideas through compelling visuals will be essential in elevating our content and redefining the way YouTube channels connect with audiences, pushing the boundaries of graphic design in digital media!

What Will You Do

Design captivating thumbnails, banners, and other visuals tailored for YouTube content to increase engagement and click-through rates
Develop on-brand product illustrations, layouts, and style concepts optimized for YouTube’s unique platform requirements
Create and design various materials for digital collateral, including channel art and promotional graphics for the company’s YouTube presence
Ensure high-quality, timely creation of projects that resonate with YouTube audiences and support video content effectively
Collaborate with team members, including video editors and content creators, to align visuals with overarching channel goals
Be open to feedback and provide constructive critique on graphic elements; retouch and manipulate images to enhance their impact
Work on a wide range of YouTube-related projects and media, leveraging tools and software to deliver innovative graphic designs that elevate channel branding
Ensure designs align with organizational standards, brand guidelines, and platform best practices
Stay updated on YouTube trends, including visual styles, audience preferences, and platform tools, to create graphics that stand out

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

Previous work experience as a graphic designer or a strong drive to grow professionally after completing studies in a relevant field
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator. Familiarity with Premiere Pro or After Effects for simple motion graphics is a bonus
A creative mindset with the ability to design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails, banners, and other visual assets that attract viewers
A strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color theory, and typography, particularly for digital and social media platforms
Experience with designing layouts that enhance YouTube branding and align with audience behavior
Effective time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Willingness to adapt to different visual styles and experiment with new trends and techniques for YouTube content

GROSS SALARY

1800 - 2600 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
