As we grow, we're looking for a visionary Design Team Lead to lead our Graphic Design team and shape the future of our brand’s visual communication. From high-impact campaigns to cutting-edge AI-generated visuals, you will oversee the creative execution of key projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic alignment.

What You’ll Do:

🎯 Drive Creative Excellence

• Oversee visual communication for special campaigns, product launches, and Amazon platform content.

• Ensure all design elements align with the brand’s style and strategic vision.

👨‍💻 Lead & Collaborate with a High-Performing Team

• Translate strategic briefs from the Creative Director into clear tasks for designers.

• Work closely with AI (MidJourney) specialists, 3D designers, and graphic designers to create innovative visuals.

• Oversee Amazon A+ Content, display ads, and product imagery to maximize engagement and conversion.

✅ Maintain Quality & Strategic Alignment

• Continuously review and approve work in progress to ensure consistency and high standards.

• Collaborate with copywriters to integrate compelling text with outstanding design.

What You Bring:

✔️ Strong experience in art direction, branding, and digital design.

✔️ Deep understanding of AI-generated visuals, 3D design, and e-commerce content.

✔️ Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary creative teams.

✔️ A portfolio that showcases high-quality, brand-aligned visual storytelling.

✔️ Experience with Amazon visual content creation is a plus!
