Project Manager

Responsabilities:

• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams (20+ members) including BAs, testers, and developers.
• Oversee 3-4 concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Work within an Agile framework, leveraging best practices in software development and project governance.
• Utilize tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Aris (BPMN), and Amazon Workstations to streamline project execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the EU Institution environment

Technical skills:

• Education: Master’s degree in Information Technology.
• Experience: Around 5 years as a Project Manager, with hands-on exposure to Agile Java development, Kafka, and Oracle.
• Leadership: Proven track record of managing large, cross-functional teams.
• Agility: Ability to navigate complex IT environments and drive continuous improvement.
