Join our team as a UX/UI Designer (Hybrid – Porto)!

What You'll Do:

• Design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Create and maintain design systems and UI components, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Optimize user experiences by leveraging data-driven insights and UX best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the design process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience in designing responsive and adaptive interfaces.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (nice to have).
• Ability to conduct and analyze user research to improve UX strategies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
