Your Mission Will Be

• Lead design initiatives across multiple platforms, driving the user experience and design vision from concept to completion;
• Drive the design process by incorporating user feedback, conducting research, and advocating for the user;
• Build high-quality UI/UX design deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, and interaction patterns.

You Will Need

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design;
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar;
• Knowledge of user research, personas, and user journeys;
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus);
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field;
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript) and how designs translate into code;
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility best practices.
