✨ Recruiting & Employer Branding: Attract and recruit top talent to meet company goals.

✨ Employee Journey: Manage onboarding, offboarding, and engagement initiatives, including employee surveys.

✨ Compensation & Benefits: Support salary reviews, benefits management, and negotiations.

✨ HR Development & Strategy: Oversee performance evaluations, career plans, and training programs.

✨ Legal & Administrative Tasks: Ensure compliance with labor laws, handle payroll, contracts, and reporting.

✨ HR Communication, Office Management & Events: Enhance communication and organize impactful events.

✨ HR Support: Act as a trusted partner for employees and managers on all HR-related matters.

📌 Requirements:

✅ Between 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.

✅ University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.

✅ Fluency in German and English is mandatory.

✅ Strong expertise in HR disciplines, IT systems, and a people-oriented approach.

✅ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
