What You'll Do: As our Benefits Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in managing and enhancing our employee benefits programs. You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our workforce has access to the best benefits available while fostering a positive environment where everyone feels valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Benefits Program Administration:
- Enrollment Magic: Manage the enrollment process for new hires and internal transfers, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone.
- Record Keeper Extraordinaire: Keep employee benefits records up-to-date and collaborate with HRIS to streamline workflows using systems like Workday and Darwin.
- Communication Guru: Craft clear and engaging benefit communications and enhance our internal and external benefits site to keep everyone informed and excited!
- Reporting Rockstar: Prepare and submit essential reports to brokers, external vendors, and internal stakeholders, keeping our operations running smoothly.
- Invoicing Ninja: Create cost allocations, process POs, and manage invoicing for timely payments.
- Vendor Management:
- Coordination Wizard: Collaborate with our broker and insurance providers to ensure our benefits offerings are top-notch and meet employee needs.
- Employee Support and Education:
- Support Hero: Assist the Employee Services team in addressing benefit inquiries, providing clarity and guidance to our employees.
What We’re Looking For:
- A detail-oriented individual with a passion for enhancing employee experiences.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Previous experience in benefits administration and a solid understanding of employee benefits programs.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
