We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team, where you will contribute to the development of user interfaces and experiences for our financial services client. This position involves working on a Greenfield project, utilizing modern design principles to create effective and user-friendly solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• UI/UX Design: Create and implement user interface designs that are visually appealing and user-friendly, ensuring high-quality design and adherence to best practices.
• Greenfield Development: Engage in a Greenfield project, contributing to the design and implementation of a new cloud-native architecture for business functions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders, including frontend developers, product owners, and other UI/UX designers, to ensure alignment with project goals and technical specifications.
• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback, ensuring the design meets user needs and expectations.
• Design Implementation: Build and maintain design systems and guidelines that adhere to client design principles, ensuring a consistent and efficient user experience.
• Technical Excellence: Contribute to the formation of a technically solid team, as the success of this initial group will influence future development teams and project outcomes.
  
  
  

What You'll Bring Along

• A university degree or advanced diploma in a design-related discipline, preferably in UI/UX Design, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design best practices and principles.
• Mandatory proficiency in German
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
