Summary & Role Information: 

We are looking for a Data Science Expert (f/m/d) for the central Product Experience (PX) team to drive our AI-based PXInsights platform and Datasphere based Ddata Products forward. In this role, you will significantly contribute to elevate SAP's product experience by leveraging state-of-the-art technology. As part of the PX team you will be working closely together with our multidisciplinary team, and various stakeholders from the product organizations. 

Your tasks include: 

• Responsible for delivery of outcomes of complex and innovative functional issues integrating client needs, strategic business goal of the function and financial objectives
• Further development of PX Data Products on DataSphere and AI-based user feedback platform PXInsights generating actionable insights
• Summarize opinions and expectations of stakeholder and communicates them to the project team
• Gathering requirements from various stakeholders and translating them into functional backlog items, while working closely with the product manager and design lead.
• Collaboration with teams leveraging the PX Data products
  
  

Experience (Role Requirements):  

We are seeking a team player who is passionate about driving complex development challenges, building bridges across all SAP areas, trends and technologies. You are interested in the interplay of development, design and business requirements and have a hands-on mentality and do not shy away from jumping into the code when required. 

• Proficiency in database design and modeling, including experience with HANA database systems and best practices in data modeling
• Profound knowledge in SAC and SAC Data Modelling, as well as Data Sphere is a plus
• Strong experience in Data Science & AI, including profound knowledge in NLP, with practical application in RAG Stacks being a plus
• Familiar with concepts of LLM Lifecycle Management and MLOps
• Managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting and translating requirements
• Experience working in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
• You have advanced communication skills in English and German 
• You flourish in a dynamic environment and adapt flexibly to changing requirements
