Role Description

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Avy, you will play a pivotal role in designing and building engaging, high-performing web applications that enhance the living experience for thousands of users. You will work closely with our product and design teams to craft intuitive and accessible interfaces, ensuring seamless interactions between our platform, tenants and property owners. With a strong foundation in modern frontend technologies and a passion for user experience, you will drive the evolution of our platform while contributing to best practices, scalability, and performance optimization.

This role requires deep technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and a desire to impact the future of digital living.

Strong requirement for this position is fluency in Swedish language.

Qualifications

• Experience in utilizing AI technologies in every-day work
• Fluency in using AI code assistant
• 7+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript
• Deep understanding of state management solutions (e.g., MobX, Redux)
• Experience with component libraries and design systems (e.g., Material-UI, Tailwind or similar)
• Proficiency in building responsive and accessible web applications
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API implementation
• Understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
• Understanding of prop-tech industry challenges and opportunities is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
