People & Culture Internship - EB & DI focus

Younium is the subscription management hub for B2B companies to streamline subscription management, invoicing/billing, financial reporting, and data insights. Enabling growing businesses to have full control of subscriptions, more easily implement scalable processes, and harness more accurate metrics - meaning they spend less time on manual administration and never miss an opportunity to secure revenue.

SUPPORTING THE GROWTH OF B2B SUBSCRIPTION COMPANIES

More and more businesses are starting to understand the benefits of recurring revenue with a subscription-based business model, leading to predictable revenue, scalability, and improved customer relationships. However, as a subscription business grows, its readiness to scale is often low. Younium was founded because of the demand in the market for a robust cloud app for B2B companies to handle advanced B2B subscriptions and, in turn, manage financial operations and reporting.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic People & Culture Intern to join us in Stockholm and help drive our People & Culture initiatives, with a main focus on Employer Branding and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. This internship will give you the opportunity to dive into exciting HR projects and make a real impact. You'll work closely with our People Partner and gain hands-on experience across various HR areas.

What You Will Do

Drive initiatives that enhance our Employer Branding and foster an diverse and inclusive workplace.

Support and develop our Talent Management processes.

Collaborate with the People & Culture team on various HR areas.

Gain valuable exposure to HR systems, strategies, and best practices.

Who are you?

✅ You’re studying HR or a related field at University.

✅ You have a natural curiosity, are a self-starter, and love communicating with people.

✅ Previous experience in systems like Notion, Teamtailor and HaileyHR is a plus.

✅ You’re fluent in English (both written and spoken); Swedish is a bonus, but not required.

✅ You have a permanent visa or residency permit for Sweden.

This internship can be either full-time or part-time with a flexible start and end date, whatever fits you and us best. It might also be an opportunity to continue working with us part-time.

Our team

We are a team of 70 people working from Stockholm, Malmö, Amsterdam, Philadelphia, and remotely. We are proud that we have a strong community and good team spirit, are agile, and are changing rapidly in a growth-oriented environment. We have clear responsibilities and defined ownership, but with a mindset to collaborate and help each other throughout the team. There are plenty of opportunities and room to grow, a belief in inclusion and allowing people to grow, learn, and contribute. Please note that we do not offer any relocation package, nor will we recruit outside the EU for this position. This role will be based in Stockholm with a hybrid remote setup.
