Tasks

• Working independently and as part of a team to design, develop, test and implement web based applications
• Building on and suggesting best practices
• Mentoring other members in the department where appropriate, providing guidance and knowledge transfer
• Delivering well structured, maintainable and fully tested systems to time and budget
• Following Client’s Risk-Based Project Management (RBPM) and GB&GCF IT development methodologies, corporate information security and corporate website look & feel guidance to ensure successful project delivery with strict adherence to coding practices and the production of all necessary documentation
• Initiating and implementing productivity and quality initiatives
• Managing and coordinating software releases through to Production
  
  

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering web applications
• Experience of working on front end layers / tiers of the project with rich UI
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and css-processors like SASS, Less etc.
• Excellent knowledge of React.js
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript
• Experience in front end testing frameworks such as Jest and Testing Library React
• Experience in creating pixel perfect UI as per provided specifications
• Experience of designing responsive GUI for Desktop and Mobile based applications
• Good knowledge of accessibility and cross browser standards
• Good knowledge of data marshalling/de-marshalling using JSON and XML
