  • Krakow and the surrounding area – 5 times a month.
  • Warsaw and the surrounding area – 3 times a month (office in Warsaw).
  • Outside Warsaw and Krakow – once a month or 3x quarterly (if someone prefers to come once for 3 days).

Start: ASAP/ 1 month.

Contract: B2B - min. 12 months contracts + extensions.

Introduction & Summary:

At emagine, we are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong skill set in user experience and user interface design, particularly for mobile applications. This role requires not only technical expertise but also the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

As a UX/UI Designer, your core responsibility will be to lead design initiatives for our clients’ mobile applications.

  • Collaborate within an agile, cross-functional team of UX designers and UI developers on multiple initiatives.
  • Support design activities for Wholesale IT mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Analyze and document user needs.
  • Work closely with Business and Product Owners to gather and understand project requirements.
  • Create information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Develop visual designs adhering to established standards and guidelines.
  • Implement the design process to deliver comprehensive design solutions.
  • Communicate design concepts to the development team and oversee design signoff process.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
  • Demonstrated experience designing UX for mobile applications with a strong portfolio.
  • Thorough understanding of the Design Thinking process.
  • Knowledge of Design Systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Degree/Diploma in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with user research and industry analysis.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Prior experience in the retail or financial sector.
  • Familiarity with Accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).

Nice to Have:

  • Advanced certification in User Experience Design.
