About The Role

Do you want to join an international team dedicated to achieving our vision of zero loss of lives, no injuries, and no damage caused by fire and gas?

Our rapidly growing R&D Department is seeking a motivated and structured Backend Developer with expertise in server-side technologies and modern backend frameworks. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance systems that power our innovative safety solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams to ensure seamless integration and top-quality delivery. Your excellent communication skills and proactive approach will be key in driving our projects toward success.

Your Responsibilities

As a Backend Developer you will:

• Develop robust backend features that address real user challenges.
• Support the modernization of legacy systems into scalable, maintainable architectures
• Enhance our existing systems to support a modern data-driven pipeline.
• Build APIs and services that enable real-time operation of fire protection systems.
• Contribute to the end-to-end development process—from specifications and design to implementation and integration.
• Collaborate with product managers, service engineers, and team members to understand system requirements.
• Ensure solutions meet high standards for security and reliability.
• Optimize platform performance and scalability through cloud-based best practices.
• Grow your skills in a supportive, learning-focused environment.
  
  

Qualifications We Are Looking For

As a Backend Developer you will work with communication protocols, strategic planning, and efficient system organization to architect develop

solutions. Your proactive ownership and resilience in addressing complex technical challenges make you an ideal candidate. If this aligns with your expertise, let's connect!

• Experience with backend development using JavaScript/TypeScript and AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with server-side programming and API design for seamless integration.
• Understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL)
• Familiarity with microservices architectures and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language among JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or Rust.
