Chief Executive Officer - Exchange House
The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the customers, the stakeholders, and the employees. They will be responsible for making key decisions and executing the culture of the company.
The candidate should have fintech background, open to the new technology thinking, willing to take the company to the next level digitally.
Responsibilities
- Capable and proven records of transforming traditional platforms into digital platform, to be able to lead the digital platform of the company and the remittance business to be online platforms and expand the business.
- Work with the Board of Directors to develop a strategic plan for the company, agree vision, mission, and objectives for the organization
- Open minded, strong Leadership, persistence and consistence skills, strong willingness to understand the BOD vision lead where he is capable to see opportunities, able to lead the transformation and overcome challenges.
- Define and implement strategies to fulfill the organization's mission
- Direct business development activities and explore new service and product opportunities
- Define key partners needed to develop new programs and services, establish key partnerships with targeted organizations
- Explore new ventures to strengthen the Correspondent Banking Network of the company
- Define a competitive business and marketing plan to strengthen the organization's positioning so as to create a unique and sustainable advantage for the organization
- Inculcate a collaborative culture and focuses on business growth in coverages, programs and services; serve as role model for negotiation of key relationships and growth
- Manage and review budgets, products, review management accounts and improve the overall financial position
- Oversee resources and systems management, resource mobilization, financial requirements to maintain operational effectiveness
- Direct risk and compliance and legal staff in matters of litigation strategy, monitors legal and legislative issues affecting the organization and its members and respond appropriately. Initiate legislative matters affecting the interests of the organization and its members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- MBA
- 15+ years' experience in managing the exchange business at C level.
- Experience in Financial Industries, Exchange companies (remittance, payments,,etc).
- Experience and UpToDate with the current global market of blockchain, tokenizing, crypto, etc
- Capable and proven records of transforming traditional platforms into digital platform, to be able to lead the digital platform of the company and the remittance business to be online platforms and expand the business.
- Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
