Summary: Fantastic opportunity to join a team of passionate designers within the global design team, supporting the global and regional teams by crafting inspiring creative assets that push the creative boundaries within the beauty industry. The global design team is responsible for the conceptualizing and development of the brand identity and the execution of best-in-class creative assets across all design touch points to support the global brand vision. The ideal candidate's boundless creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in effectively communicating brand identity to enhance consumer experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support the creative vision of the brand through innovative solutions that elevate brand identity and enhance the consumer experience
• Collaborate with the product development team to develop and execute optimized product packaging from concept to print-ready artwork, while assisting with artwork proof approvals alongside the quality team
• Work closely with senior designers to interpret design briefs, ensuring key deliverables are met and layouts are adapted based on project needs
• Create packaging artwork that aligns with the brand identity, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining accuracy in file preparation for production
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining precision in file preparation for production
• Assist in preparing mock-ups and presentations for internal use
• Stay updated on packaging trends, materials, and printing techniques to contribute fresh ideas to the team
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge or strong interest in 3D visualization/rendering tools (e.g., KeyShot, Cinema 4D) is a plus
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and industry trends, with awareness of the competitive landscape
• Knowledge in packaing desing, print production processes, dielines, materials and finishes
• Ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas and refinements to packaging designs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive problem-solving approach
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements, with a positive response to feedback
