Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a recruiter at Estancia Capital Real Estate in Dubai. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various real estate positions, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Qualifications:

• Recruitment, Interviewing, and Screening skills
• Experience in collaborating with hiring managers
• Knowledge of real estate industry recruitment practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
