About The Team:

The Global e-commerce business is a content e-commerce venture with an international short video product as its carrier. Our commitment is to become the first choice for users seeking to discover and purchase good products at affordable prices. The Global e-commerce business team aims to provide users with more tailored, active, and efficient consumption experiences, enabling merchants to receive stable and reliable platform services in various scenarios, such as live e-commerce and short video content e-commerce, thereby making more affordable and high-quality products easily accessible and improving lives.

E-Commerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace not only for our buyers but also for our sellers and creators. We continually work on areas such as risk detection abilities, fairness, and sustainability of the E-Commerce ecosystem, content and commodity quality, and friction-free experiences to drive improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of the security prevention and control baseline operation process.
• Construct and refine corporate standards and SOPs on a global scale.
• Develop and implement security systems in line with corporate standards, ensuring alignment with global security objectives.
• Be directly responsible for the construction and optimization of security prevention and control baseline levels.
• Approach security system construction with a global perspective, considering diverse operational environments and regulatory landscapes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability and effectiveness of security systems globally.
• Continuously optimize security operation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement measures to streamline security prevention and control operations.
• Ensure that security systems construction adheres to relevant compliance requirements and industry standards.
• Stay informed about global security trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes affecting security operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of related experience in cybersecurity.
• Proficient in constructing security systems, the ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in security technology operations and SDLC. They should be capable of building a security prevention and control system baseline by designing and implementing indicators, driving its development, and consistently optimizing its performance.
• Strong knowledge of corporate security standards and SOP development.
• Familiarity with global security regulations and frameworks.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
