Fixed Income Technology Project Manager, Tier 1 Hedge Fund, Singapore (SGPR/Citizenship Required)

BAH Partners are currently hiring a Fixed Income Tech Project Manager for a top-tier Hedge Fund in Singapore. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering cutting-edge analytics and trading applications, managing projects across pre-trade analytics, risk management, and performance analysis to support the growing Fixed Income business in Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver projects by converting high-level requirements from Portfolio Managers, Risk Managers, and Business Managers into actionable solutions across pre-trade analytics, intraday position/risk management, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with technical and quant development teams to ensure design and delivery align with the platform's long-term strategic direction.
• Perform hands-on analysis, data crunching, and stakeholder management while driving design and execution for short- and long-term projects.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of Fixed Income markets and experience working across multi-team, multi-application, and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and critical design decision-making.
• Advocate for software design, testing, and continuous integration, with prior experience in operating in fast-paced environments using continuous delivery methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients, technical teams, and senior leadership.
