Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to successful completion. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in project management, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. This role requires fluency in both Arabic and English and involves providing consultation to the National Planning Council team on best practices and project management techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop comprehensive project management plans, including schedules and budgets.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement and ensure effective communication with all project participants.
• Lead, manage, and motivate project team members, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
• Implement change management practices to control project scope and minimize risks.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and project teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project activities with organizational objectives.
• Evaluate project performance and prepare reports to track key performance indicators.
• Provide consultation and guidance to the National Planning Council team on project management best practices, methodologies, and processes.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in large-scale or government projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Experience in risk management and change management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Must be fluent in both Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
• Experience in working with government agencies or national planning bodies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management approaches.
