IT Operations Engineer

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multi-vendor on-premises cloud platforms as a Level 2 expert, ensuring efficient network and IT operations. The engineer on the role is to collaborate closely with Managed Services (MS) vendors and OEMs to manage operational incidents and facilitate planned changes.
