ROLE:

JioSaavn is looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Associate - Human Resources to join our team. This role requires expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Onboarding, and Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives. You will play a key role in managing stakeholders, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring a seamless employee experience in line with business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the main point of contact for all administrative and office management tasks in the Bangalore office.
• Liaise with other departments and management to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Address and resolve any office-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Assist HRBPs with the induction process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
• Coordinate and facilitate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
• Collect and analyze feedback from employees regarding engagement activities and suggest improvements.
• Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews for various positions across all functions.
• Partner with the HRBPs in Learning and Development initiatives for JioSaavn as per the business goals; prepare annual training calendar, identify and onboard best-in-class training partners for various initiatives to deliver relevant programs across teams as per requirement.
• Manage and partner with HR-Operations team for smooth functioning of the HRMS portal (ESS)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of HR experience, specifically in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Onboarding & L&D.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and HR reporting).
• Experience in HR tools (ATS, HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
