Key Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation, management, and monitoring of cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Support services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and other relevant AWS offerings.
Help in establishing basic CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, or equivalent tools.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identify issues and assist with troubleshooting in AWS environments.
Aid in automating the infrastructure with Terraform / CloudFormation.
Uphold security best practices within AWS configurations, focusing on IAM policies and VPC security groups.
Collaborate with Docker & Kubernetes for containerized application deployments (basic knowledge ideal).
Assist in log analysis and monitoring through CloudWatch, ELK, or Prometheus.
Document system settings and troubleshooting methods.

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of practical experience with AWS cloud services.
Familiarity with AWS components such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, and CloudWatch.
Basic knowledge in Linux administration and scripting (Bash/Python).
Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), specifically using Terraform or CloudFormation.
Experience with CI/CD processes and Git version control systems.
Foundational understanding of networking principles, inclusive of VPC, subnets, and security groups.
Basic familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification is desirable.
Knowledge of serverless architectures such as Lambda and API Gateway.
Basic exposure to monitoring solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.
