Qualifications:

• Proficient with Unreal Engine 5 rendering features, including understanding of lighting, shaders, and materials, ensuring optimal performance and visual fidelity for game and interactive media projects.
• Expertise in common setups, tools, and workflows for Unreal Engine, with a strong focus on shader development, material creation, and integration of standard character and environment pipelines.
• Deep understanding of the relationship between Unreal Engine and DCC tools (e.g., Maya, 3DS Max, Substance Suite), ensuring smooth integration between content creation and real-time rendering environments.
• Highly skilled in Maya, 3DS Max, and equivalent 3D software packages, with practical experience in managing assets and working with animation, rigging, and modeling workflows.
• Adept at collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, leveraging excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure alignment on technical solutions, solve problems, and refine creative concepts within the development pipeline.
• Consistently up to date with industry best practices, maintaining a proactive approach to staying current with emerging trends in game engines and real-time rendering technologies.

Additional Skills:

• Rigging and animation skills are a bonus.
• Some basic familiarity with C++ is a bonus, but by no means required.
• 4-6 years of experience
• Fluency in English
