Introduction

IBM Slovenija išče tehnika (m/ž), ki bo zadolžen za popravila in reševanje tehničnih težav za IBM-ove domače stranke. Redno zaposleni tehnik (m/ž) naj ima strokovno znanje o različnih strežniških, PC in omrežnih tehnologijah. Imel bo dostop do specializiranega izobraževanja za različne vrste strežnikov, računalniška omrežja in osebne računalnike. Deloval bo na lokaciji IBM v Ljubljani in pri strankah.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Naloge In Odgovornosti Na Tem Delovnem Mestu


  • Izvaja popravilo naprav skladu z načrti popravil, ki jih zagotovi služba za oddaljeno podporo.
  • Uporablja specializirana diagnostična orodja za izolacijo kompleksnih težav uporabnikov.
  • Stranke redno obvešča o statusu reševanja težav v celotnem življenjskem ciklu zahteve za podporno storitev.
  • Prepoznava znane napake in izvede postopke za odpravo težav.
  • Uporablja spletne priročnike in razpoložljivo dokumentacijo za hitrejše reševanje težav.
  • Tesno sodelujte z z ekipo za oddaljeno podporo in z lokalnimi tehniki pri odpravi zapletenih in kritičnih težav.
  • Zagotovlja pravočasno prisotnost na terenu za reševanje kritičnih tehničnih težav strank.
  • Sledi uveljavljenim postopkom za učinkovito upravljanje incidentov.
  • Izkazuje znanje o podprtih platformah strojne opreme s tem da pridobi in obnavlja ustrezne tehnične certifikate.
  • Izkazuje znanja in veščine, ki prispevajo k zadovoljstvu strank.
  • Po potrebi izvaja dežurstvo - 24x7 izmensko delovanje med vikendi in prazniki ter pokritost na klic).

Izobrazba In Delovne Izkušnje


  • diploma iz računalništva ali podobnega tehničnega področja, zaželena univerzitetna izobrazba,
  • Znanje in izkušnje na področju tehnične podpore,


veljavno vozniško dovoljenje


  • Izkušnje pri delu s strankami.


Spretnosti In Kompetence


  • Odlično govorjeno in pisno znanje angleškega jezika
  • Odlične mehke veščine in miselnost, usmerjena v stranko,
  • Spretnosti odpravljanja težav in analitičnega razmišljanja za prepoznavanje in reševanje težav
  • Sposobnost hitrega učenja in absorbiranja novih konceptov, raziskovanja in samostojnega učenja za iskanje rešitev za neznana vprašanja
  • Sposobnost upravljanja zapletenih zahtev in obvladovanja težavnega vedenja strank


Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise


  • Izkušnje z zagotavljanjem tehnične podpore strojne opreme ali administracije za strežniške izdelke s poudarkom


pri naslednjih proizvajalcih opreme: IBM Lenovo, Cisco, HPE, Dell, Fujitsu itd.


  • Izkušnje z OS Wintel/Unix/Linux in tehnologijami virtualizacije
  • Osnovno poznavanje konceptov TCP/IP.
  • Dobro govorno in pisno znanje nemščine ali italijanščine ali jezikov se bo štelo kot prednost
