What You’ll Be Doing

The Project Coordinator will provide administrative and logistical support to the Project Management team. Coordinate and manage small engagements from project setup through to completion and invoicing.

This role requires strong communication & coordination skills, a good understanding of PMO practices. Key accountability is but not limited:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage small engagements across various customers and locations.
  • Work with the Customers to ensure outcomes and deliverables are being achieved
  • Work closely with the National resource manager to ensure resource bookings are accurate and up to date
  • Responsible for financial management from purchase orders to timesheeting to invoicing of all small engagements
  • Maintain good relationships with the internal technical and management teams to deliver the required outcomes to customers
  • Provide general support to Project Managers as and when required
  • Provide reporting to Customers and for required Panel agreements

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent full time
  • Based in Perth or Melbourne

What Will Make You Successful In This Role

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • An understanding of PMO practices and methodologies
  • Experience in coordinating small engagements across multiple customers and locations.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate team members and manage multiple pieces of work at once
  • Good finance base knowledge, including project budget tracking and reporting
  • Knowledge or previous experience using NetSuite & OpenAir would be advantageous
